Dawn Capital hires talent head

Dawn Capital has hired Avalon Lee-Bacon as the firm’s head of talent.

She joins from global leadership advisory and search firm Russell Reynolds Associates where she was an executive search and assessment professional. In this position, she focused on senior level executive searches for enterprise software and fintech businesses. Before this, Lee-Bacon was a consultant at True North Human Capital, a search firm focused on recruitment within tech enabled businesses.
