Debevoise appoints international counsel

Matthew Pincus has rejoined Debevoise & Plimpton as an international counsel and member of the tax group, based in London.

Pincus has advised clients on the formation of and investments of private equity and other alternative asset funds, as well as represented clients in secondary transactions. These include portfolio sales, GP-led transactions, fund restructurings and preferred equity financings.

He rejoins Debevoise after spending three-and-a-half years as US tax partner for Proskauer.
