Debevoise promotes Dickman to partner

Debevoise & Plimpton has promoted Matthew Dickman to partner in the funds/investment management group.

He initially joined the firm as an associate in 2012 and later returned to the firm’s London office in 2018 as international counsel. 

Dickman advises on the formation, management and reorganisation of private investment funds. As part of the firm’s alternative assets transactions and liquidity solutions group, he advises fund sponsors and investors on GP staking transactions, including internal reorganisations, internal economic and governance arrangements as well as seed investments in emerging fund sponsors and secondary transactions.
