Dentons’ Craig joins Paul Hastings

Paul Hastings has hired investment funds lawyer Ted Craig as a partner in the firm’s private funds practice, based in London.

Craig’s experience spans fund formation, fund investments and fund transactions across private equity, private credit, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure. He advises fund managers on the structuring and establishment of private funds and their related carried interest and co-investment programmes.
