Diligend partners with Intelligo

by Silvia Saccardi 30 November 2022

Cloud-based due diligence software provider, Diligend, has partnered with Intelligo, a background intelligence solutions provider.

Diligend is built for investment professionals to try and solve due diligence challenges. It uses advanced automation and natural language processing to understand managers and funds.

Intelligo fuses AI and Big Data to digitise background checks, helping firms make informed business decisions.

The partnership aims to enhance Diligend’s due diligence process with Intelligo’s solution, Clarity. The platform combines AI powered technology with human insight to build trust between clients and individuals and firms managing their assets.

Clarity also performs background checks on potential investment targets and monitors risks in equity portfolios.

Liron Mandelbaum, COO of Diligend says: “Clarity can be used before an investment is made and throughout the investment lifecycle to alert on events or circumstances that could indicate heightened risk. It complements our due diligence platforms perfectly.”

Intelligo founder & CEO, Shlomo Mirvis says: “Joint clients can rest assured that they are well prepared to make an investment, and that any unforeseen circumstances will be identified and can be dealt with swiftly.”

This is the fourth partnership for Diligend since 2021 after announcing its partnerships with Intralinks, PwC Luxembourg and eVestment.
