Diligend partners with Intralinks

by Krystal Scanlon 18 May 2022

Due diligence software provider Diligend has partnered with Intralinks to build an integration between the two platforms.

Through the partnership, mutual clients can automate document acquisition from Intralinks’ virtual data room (VDR) directly into the Diligend platform. Extracted files from Intralinks will be automatically classified and can be tagged based on client rules. Once on the Diliend platform, documents that may have been assigned an expiry date in Intralinks will be available for as long as needed.

Additionally, all Diligend users will be able to access Intralinks documents via a single Intralinks user licence.

“Intralinks users are going to love the enhanced data they can collect and analyse with Diligend,” commented Liron Mandelbaum, COO at Diligend. “Bringing Intralinks documents and data together with custom, qualitative data will provide much greater insights and inform better decision making. Better quality data, with less clicks - this integration delivers the dream.”

This is the second partnership for Diligend after the platform announced a partnership with eVestment last year.
