Dillon Eustace appoints head of asset management and investment funds
Dillon Eustace has appointed Etain de Valera as head of asset management and investment funds.
She is to replace Donnacha O’Connor who will remain at the law firm as managing and senior partner to the team.
De Valera has been with the practice since 2001 and was promoted to partner in 2006.
Her experience lies in establishing, structuring and financing of funds, specialising in custody, administration and brokerage services. She has previously assisted with structured credit facilities to funds domiciled in Ireland.
O’Connor commented on de Valera’s appointment: “Etain is a very well regarded practitioner with the skills and experience to ensure that the team continues to deliver a market-leading service to our clients.”
