JFSC extends AIF reporting deadlines
Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has extended the deadline for filing the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) AIF001 and AIF002 forms to 31 October 2022.

The deadline extension is in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 18 of the AIF code.

JFSC’s deadline reflects the UK FCA’s extended deadline, which was driven by the need of the UK regulator to amend the reporting forms to remove references to the EU, post Brexit.

“We require a copy of any AIF reporting made to the FCA to be copied and filed, by the relevant Jersey AIF manager, with its supervision contact,” stated JFSC.
