JFSC receives recommendations to adapt framework
Finwell Coaching & Consulting has issued recommendations to Jersey Financial Services Commission’s framework, following its review of the regulator.
The report, written by Finwell Coaching & Consulting’s business consultant Lucy McClements, stated while JFSC currently follows many good practices, and overall makes robust, pragmatic decisions when vetting and processing applications, it would be in the authority’s best interest to make these recommended changes to bring JFSC in line with best international practices.
