Fee rates

Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has increased fee rates for the fund sector, following a consultation paper in May.

The new rates form part of the regulator’s 2020 business plan.

The fee updates will impact fund services businesses (FSB), alternative investment funds (AIF), collective investment funds (CIF) and qualifying segregated managed accounts (QSMA).

Effective from 1 July 2020, there will be a 12.5%
