Doughty Hanson rebrands as DH Private Equity Partners

European mid-market buyout firm Doughty Hanson has rebranded as DH Private Equity Partners (DH PEP), as part of the GP’s efforts to re-focus the firm.

Doughty Hanson co-founder and senior partner at DH PEP, Dick Hanson said in a statement the rebranding was part of a process initiated in 2015 to focus the firm’s investment strategy purely on buyouts and reorganise to a shared ownership structure.
