Emerging managers: considerations for selecting your fund domicile

Emerging managers need to look at this early on so that they can communicate to investors that they know what they are doing operationally.

Establishing a new fund comes with plenty of challenges and hurdles to overcome; first and foremost convincing investors to back a new team and strategy. While emerging managers will likely want to focus on fundraising and strategy, ensuring a robust operating model is in place is vital to securing commitments.
