ESMA, FCA extend annual reporting deadlines

by Krystal Scanlon 23 April 2020

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have both extended the deadlines for fund managers to publish their annual reports.

The guidance is for private fund managers following the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.

Fund managers across the alternative fund space are required to prepare reports annually. This includes audited accounts, various financial information as well as details on the remuneration paid to managers on an aggregated basis and information on the fund.
