Eurazeo signs gender diversity charter

French private equity firm Eurazeo has signed the gender diversity charter formed by France Invest this year.

The charter aims to promote and achieve gender-balanced representation in the industry and holds GPs accountable for this within their firms and portfolio companies.

Prior to signing the charter, Eurazeo had already begun to encourage diversity and increase the proportion of women in its leadership team and drive change throughout the group.
