Eversheds’ Watford joins Haynes Boone

Ben Watford has joined Haynes Boone as partner, head of funds, based in London.

Watford advises clients on fund formation, structuring, restructuring, liquidation, AIFMD, FCA authorisation and fund financing. He has a wealth of experience working across a wide range of asset classes, including alternative investment funds. He works with fund managers, first-time fund managers, HNWIs, family offices, sovereign investors and entrepreneurs.

He joins from Eversheds Sutherland, where he spent the last four years as partner, head of hedge funds.
