Eze Castle buys NorthOut

Eze Castle Integration has acquired NorthOut, expanding the firm’s digital transformation offering.

Headquartered in Boston, NorthOut specialises in digital experience design, application modernisation, DevOps and system integration.

As part of the deal NorthOut’s 165 employees will join Eze Castle Integration.

Todd Ofenloch, H.I.G. Capital managing director and board member of Eze Castle Integration said, “Integrating these competencies into the Eze service offering will substantially improve and extend the value we can provide to those customers seeking ways to use technology to not just operate their businesses but also improve their ability to gather and analyse information, generate operating efficiencies, and improve customer and supplier interactions.”
