FCA seeks views on ESG criteria for funds

by Krystal Scanlon 9 November 2021

The FCA has published a discussion paper on new sustainability disclosure requirements for asset managers and FCA-regulated asset owners.

Feedback is also being sought on supporting entity-level and product-level disclosures.

The paper, which forms part of the regulator’s wider ESG framework, aims to help consumers navigate their sustainability characteristics. Comments received will guide the regulator’s ESG policy design, ahead of consultations on new proposals in spring next year.
