As private equity firms get to grips with the onslaught of ESG related rules, many will be familiar with those that have aligned with the Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

To build on those disclosures, the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) has been launched, with a specific nature focus. Inevitably this means yet another framework is on its way for GPs to figure out, and even more reporting to handle.
