Foresight promotes Banks to fund finance director

by Jon Whiteaker 11 August 2023

Foresight Group has promoted Lynsey Banks to the position of fund finance director. She reports directly to James Livingston, Foresight’s partner and co-head of private equity.

In her new role, Banks manages a fund finance team which sits within Foresight’s private equity division. The team’s work includes preparing management and annual statutory accounts for each fund, alongside supporting portfolio company valuations.

Foresight’s private equity division oversees the firm’s institutional and retail private equity funds.

Banks joined Foresight in London as a fund accountant in 2015, initially preparing fund accounts for a range of Foresight private equity and infrastructure funds.

Before joining Foresight, she worked for five years for Augentius Fund Administration, now part of IQ-EQ, and began her career at accountancy firm Franklin Underwood.
