Formidium launches fund admin platform

by Matthias Plötz 15 March 2023

Formidium has launched its Private Fund Admin (PFA) platform to streamline the fund administration process.

According to the company, it is fully customisable and should serve the needs of small-, mid- and large-cap funds.

PFA should support unique structures such as cross-border and single/multiple LLC, particularly assisting with:

  • Fund setup
  • Ongoing operation and administration
  • Investor KYC/AML
  • NAV calculations
  • Investor statements
  • Compliance support
  • End-of-cycle reporting

The platform covers a variety of asset classes, including real estate, private investments, private equity, hedging activity, alternative investments and crypto/tokens.
