FundRock expands to the Netherlands

by Krystal Scanlon 9 June 2022

FundRock has expanded to the Netherlands via the opening of a new office in Amsterdam.

Having received full regulatory approval from local regulator AFM, FundRock’s new office will provide fund distribution services to clients.

“We are excited to announce the further expansion of FundRock Distribution with the opening of a new office in the Netherlands,” commented Xavier Parain, head of FundRock. “This announcement signals our strategic intent to represent asset managers across their portfolio wherever they are in the world - helping them to tackle the increasingly complex regulatory requirements of cross-border fund distribution and supporting their asset raising activities. We look forward to announcing further geographic expansion in 2022.”

This new office follows the launch of FundRock’s distribution solutions operation in Luxembourg in April 2021, which was established to service non-EU asset managers. The service came a year after FundRock was acquired by Apex.
