Gen II appoints two Luxembourg board members
PE fund administrator Gen II Luxembourg Services has named Martin Dobbins and Chris Edge as members of its Luxembourg board of directors.
Dobbins is currently CEO and founder of Sage Advisory, which provides advisory services and independent directorships to financial services, asset management and tech organisations across North America, the UK, Europe and Asia. He also sits on several Luxembourg government and industry committees.
