Gen II launches digital fund subscription solution

Gen II announced the launch of E-Subdocs, which intends to automate and streamline fund subscriptions.

The digital subscription form, which is powered by Anduin, includes e-signatures, document management, and tracking software to provide immediate visibility and analytics.

With this, Gen II hopes to provide fund managers real-time information on their fundraising activities while decreasing possible risks and saving time for investors.
