GenTwo partners with Apex’s EDB

GenTwo, a securitization firm, has partnered with Luxembourg-based banking provider European Depositary Bank (EDB) to enable paying agent and banking services for GenTwo’s third party investors across the globe.

The partnership will issue GenTwo clients with bank accounts and paying agency services for notes administered through international clearing systems Clearstream SA and Euroclear. The enhancement will be delivered by EDB’s digital banking technology, registrar and transfer agency systems.
