GPs prioritise controlling legal spend

According to a new report, controlling external legal costs is the top priority for private equity houses in the next 12 months.

Apperio’s Controlling Costs in Private Equity: The PE Legal Spend Landscape for 2022 report found 57% of respondents cited this as a key focus for the next year. This was closely followed by better leveraging data to make decisions, cited by 51% of respondents.
