Harbourvest appoints head of client operations

Harbourvest has appointed Javier Rodriguez as managing director and head of client operations.

His role will involve ensuring collaboration between the client experience, investment accounting, treasury, portfolio analytics and performance measurement teams.

Rodriguez joins from Goldman Sachs where he accumulated two decades of experience in custody operations, client services, client onboarding and global markets. In his most recent role as managing director, he helped to implement a long-term product roadmap, minimising operational costs and implementing new technologies.

Prior to that, he was a project engineer at Ardaman & Associates.
