Hatcher+ launches funds platform

by Matthias Plötz 25 May 2023

Hatcher+, a company providing software and data models for fund creation and venture capital investing, has launched a funds-as-a-service platform, named FAAST.

According to the company, it encompasses end-to-end deal management and fund administration, powered by AI. To this end, FAAST should decrease the amount of time spent on creating fund structures and provide reporting via integrated cap table, data room and audit functions.

Hatcher+ stated that the platform supports multiple languages and currencies, presents real-time financial data and produces consolidated reports on demand.

Additionally, clients should be enabled to source investment prospects from a database of more than 500,000 startups.

Headquartered in Singapore, Hatcher+ develops software and data models for fund creation, deal analysis, capital deployment and real-time management of alternative investment vehicles. The company maintains offices in Dubai, Monaco, Singapore and West Palm Beach.
