Hawksford acquires Paradigm

Fund administrator Hawksford has acquired Paradigm Governance Partners, a fund services company based in the Cayman Islands and the US.

Based in Jersey, Hawksford will establish a presence in Cayman, with a view to expand its influence in the US. The fund admin will also benefit from the incorporation of Paradigm’s governance services and the additional client base.

Partners at Paradigm Geoff Ruddick, Nic Corsetti, Leo Kassam and Cary Marr will lead Hawksford’s operations in Cayman and the US.

The transaction, subject to approval by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, follows Hawksford’s previous acquisitions of Healy
