Highvern buys Noble Trust Company

Fund administrator Highvern has further expanded its services via the acquisition of Noble Trust Company.

Established in 2008 by Sébastien Moerman, Noble Trust Company is an independent boutique trust company which provides wealth management solutions and multi-family office services. Clients include private individuals, families and entrepreneurs. Headquartered in Guernsey, the firm has an additional office in Switzerland.

As part of the acquisition, Noble’s team will become part of Highvern and the business will rebrand in due course, a spokesperson for Highvern confirmed to The Drawdown.
