HWM acquires Koger

HWM Group has acquired the assets of financial services technology company Koger. 

The deal has been backed by Lovell Minnick Partners, a financial services and technology-focused private equity firm. 

Dublin-headquartered HWM’s investor servicing platform is used by banks and fund administrators focused on the alternatives space. The firm has additional offices in the US, the Cayman Islands and Slovakia.
