Hybrid work models are here to stay

According to new data, GPs expect the hybrid work model to be a permanent fixture.

EY’s 2022 Global Private Equity Survey, which received responses from 107 CFOs, COOs and financial executives, found the majority of firms believe hybrid models are here to stay. Broken down this was cited by:

  • 75% of respondents with more than $15bn AUM
  • 73% of respondents with between $2.5bn
