iCapital acquires SIMON Markets
iCapital has acquired financial advisor platform for structured investments, annuities and risk-managed solutions, SIMON Markets.
Launched in 2018, SIMON helps financial advisors to access more investment opportunities. The platform offers a marketplace for risk-managed and alternative solutions, including structured investments, annuities and traditional and progressive alternatives. Financial advisors have the ability to learn, transaction and manage client portfolios.
As part of the deal, SIMON’s CEO Jason Broder has joined iCapital as managing director, head of iCapital Solutions.
