ICG names Hensel-Roth as board director

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) has appointed Antje Hensel-Roth as a board director.

As part of her appointment, she will stand for shareholder election at ICG’s 2020 Annual General Meeting.

Hensel-Roth takes on this new role in addition to her HR responsibilities, which now also include communications. Her new title is chief people and external affairs officer. As a member of the management committee and through reporting to the Remuneration and Nominations Committees, she is familiar with board operations.
