IDR appoints three

IDR has appointed Karen Bee as senior delivery manager for operations, Jason Green as CTO, and Dan Loughney as finance manager, expanding its management team.

Bee has 20 years’ experience in investor onboarding in financial services. She will lead delivery of the provider’s services across jurisdictions and will assist in the development of the global operations teams.

Green has 15 years' experience in senior technology roles across sectors including startups and listed companies, as well as having created his own products as an entrepreneur. He will take charge of the technology strategy to improve existing services and develop new ones.

Loughney has more than nine years’ experience in senior finance roles for PE-backed tech companies. He is also an ACA-qualified accountant. In his role at IDR, he will be responsible for the financial strategy as well as business development in new service lines and locations on a commercial level.

The appointments follow the launch of IDR’s fund subscription service in January 2023.
