IDR secures Hamilton Lane investment
Hamilton Lane has invested in investor onboarding firm IDR. The investment amount was not disclosed.
IDR aims to streamline fund subscription, KYC, tax and MLRO services. Its client base includes more than 40,000 investors and 300 fund managers.
Hamilton Lane has also integrated IDR’s onboarding services into its funds.
