ILPA publishes model NDA

by Krystal Scanlon 17 January 2021

ILPA has published a new model non-disclosure agreement (model NDA) for the private equity industry.

The template aims to streamline due diligence access for LPs and GPs, by reducing the time needed to complete DD exercises, as well as the legal costs and uncertainty related to negotiations.

The document was developed with the assistance of an ILPA working group of counsel representing LPs, outsourced CIOs and a GP.
