ILPA updates model LPA
The Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) has published updates to its model LPA “whole of fund” (WOF) for private equity.
Following the release of its initial 73-page template last October, ILPA has since received feedback from the industry. At the same time, the association created its deal-by-deal version of the LPA.
The association concluded certain sections across both documents, specifically some definitions needed to be included or updated to align both models.
