InCloudCounsel opens Singapore office

Legal tech company InCloudCounsel has opened an office in Singapore, further expanding the firm’s presence in Asia Pacific.

The office will be led by Jon Crandall, who has joined as managing director for Asia Pacific from Duane Morris where he’d been a partner in the corporate group. In this role, he focused on capital markets (debt and equity), M&A, private equity and venture capital as well as general corporate and commercial law.
