InCloudCounsel secures $200m Series B
Contract automation company InCloudCounsel has received $200m in a Series B funding round, with backing from Blackstone and Battery Ventures.
The company also announced it has rebranded to Ontra. According to a statement, “Ontra represents the company’s mission to make contracts more efficient and to free businesses and lawyers to focus on impactful, engaging work.”
The fresh capital will support Ontra’s focus on contract automation and intelligence.
