Inflexion promotes Stevens to partner
Inflexion has promoted general counsel Andrew Stevens to partner.
He joined the firm in October 2017 and has since been responsible for Inflexion’s corporate legal, governance and compliance activities. Prior to Inflexion, Stevens was vice president at HPS Investment Partners, assistant general counsel at Och-Ziff Capital Management (2014-2016), having started his career as an associate at Slaughter and May (2008-2013).
Additionally, Nancy Kelleher has been promoted to compensation manager.
She joined the firm in 2011 as assistant accountant. After four years she was promoted to accountant, followed by another promotion to corporate controller after four-and-a-half years. During her time at the firm, she has been responsible for Inflexion’s company payroll as well as preparing the monthly management accounts, tax and compliance of the investment manager.
