Invest Europe developing ESG reporting standards

by Krystal Scanlon 18 January 2022

Invest Europe is developing ESG reporting standards for private equity and venture capital firms, in a bid to bring harmonisation and transparency to the space.

The new reporting standards will be developed and established by summer 2022. The association is working with members, representing both LPs and GPs active in Europe.

The development of the standards has been driven by the increasing demand of ESG regulations and LP demands, as well as Invest Europe’s desire to become an ESG leader.
