IQ-EQ buys Conseil Expertise & Synthese

IQ-EQ has acquired Paris-based accounting business Conseil Expertise & Synthese (CE&S).

The independent firm offers accounting, tax, payroll and corporate secretarial services to fund managers, entrepreneurs, corporates and high net worth individuals. It has been managed by principal Jean-Noël Servans, and three senior partners since 2010.

CE&S will be integrated with IQ-EQ’s existing businesses in France, Peru & Partners and Equitis, the latter of which already has a long-standing commercial relationship with CE&S.
