IQ-EQ creates group head of compliance role

IQ-EQ has appointed Tasnoova Zaki to the newly-created leadership role of group head of compliance.

She joins from Citi, where she was vice president, strategic control initiatives, regulation & compliance. Prior to this, she spent three years at consulting firm Protiviti, where she was senior manager in risk & compliance. Before this, she was a consultant at business management consultancy Bovill, where she oversaw HSBC's implementation of the US Department of Justice deferred prosecution agreement, and predominantly provided expertise on financial sanctions.
