Island appeal

by Jon Whiteaker 13 November 2023

Jersey and Guernsey have established themselves as the main alternative domiciles to Luxembourg in Europe, particularly attractive to those not needing an AIFMD passport into the EU. It is the unregulated Jersey Private Fund, launched in 2017, that has proved particularly attractive to GPs however, thanks to its speed and flexibility.
