JTC acquires Blackheath

JTC has acquired Blackheath Capital Management, a UK-based asset management business that provides regulatory hosting, investment management consulting, capital introduction, and risk and compliance consulting services.

The acquisition expands JTC’s AIFM solutions in Ireland, Luxembourg and Guernsey, allowing the fund administrator to provide ManCo services to UK-domiciled funds.

Blackheath launched in 2010 to provide regulatory oversight of investment funds. The AIFM has been regulated by the FCA since 2011.

JTC is acquiring Blackheath from partners of the firm Stephane Carty and Simon Monson, to form part of the fund administrator’s AIFM solutions business in its institutional client services division, led by Dean Blackburn.
