JTC acquires INDOS

JTC has bought independent alternative investment funds specialist INDOS for £12.5m.

Founded in 2012, INDOS provides depository, ESG and anti-money laundering (AML) oversight services to the alternative funds sector. As of December 2020, INDOS’ client assets under depositary oversight totalled $35bn, while the firm’s AML officer clients totalled $11bn. INDOS has two UK offices (London and Fareham) and one in Ireland.
