JTC acquires US fund admin NESF

JTC has acquired US-based fund administration firm NES Financial (NESF) for £32m.

Founded in 1990, NESF provides fund administration, treasury and related solutions to private equity, real estate and debt funds. Its fund administration operation is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with its corporate headquarters and tech development centre in San Jose, California.

JTC is issuing 7.7m ordinary shares to NESF and $250,000 in cash.
