JTC buys perfORM

JTC has bought due diligence service provider, perfORM Due Diligence Services.

Launched in 2019, perfORM was set up as an ODD business for LPs to use across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, hedge, crypto and digital assets. The services have since been used by the likes of pension funds, wealth managers, family offices, fund of funds, asset managers and endowments.
