JTC buys Segue

JTC has purchased US-based fund services business Segue Partners, expanding the firm’s presence in North America.

Founded in 2010, Segue provides fund solutions to private equity, venture capital, debt funds and family offices. The business also provides accounting services for entrepreneurs, portfolio companies and start-ups. As of 31 December 2020, Segue achieved revenues of $1.5m, which equated to a 17% increase on 2019.
