JTC opens Dublin office

JTC has opened an office in Dublin and made a double hire to lead the company’s offering in Ireland.

  • Ronan Reilly has been named managing director
  • Imran Khan has been hired as director

The Dublin office will provide JTC’s core corporate services and capital markets offering, with the view to expand into fund administration and managed company services.

Reilly’s experience includes capital markets, corporate taxation and restructuring as well as aircraft and hedge funds.
